What Are Earthing Wearables?

When you want to send Earth’s energy or frequency to specific areas of your body, such as your knee, feet, back, or neck, wearables such as Earthing patches, socks and foot bands are ideal options.

Like Earthing sleep systems and mats you sit, or place your feet, on, these wearable grounding devices plug into the ground ports of grounded electrical outlets to deliver Earth energy directly into those target areas that need it most. Comfortable, durable, and convenient to use in many different settings, Earthing Socks, Earthing Foot Bands (currently not available), and Earthing Conductive Patches are affordable and versatile ways to ground.

Which kit is right for you? The socks are obviously best for grounding your feet, while the band is more versatile and -on many people- can be wrapped around wrists and arms, as well as feet. Grounding patches can go just about anywhere on your body that needs relief.

*Note - not all grounding socks plug in. Some grounding socks are worn alone and do conduct Earth energy, but only when worn with grounding shoes or when standing in them on a natural earth surface like stone. Learn more about grounding socks here.

What Are Earthing Patches?

Earthing patches are grounding therapies designed for targeted delivery of Earth’s natural electron flow. These grounding patches contain an adhesive with a strong hold and can be applied to any place on the body. Some people attach Earthing patches to the soles of their feet, while others place them on “trouble spots” on the back, neck or knees. The patches snap onto cords that plug into ground ports of electrical outlets from which Earth energy may be accessed (more on this below).

An Earthing Patch Kit contains 90 patches, a black coil cord that connects to the grounding port of an electrical outlet, plus 1 outlet checker and 1 safety adaptor (for use in U.S.) These grounding patches also come in replacement packages containing 90, 180 and 360 Ground Therapy Patches.

Replacement patches are available for purchase in quantities of 3 bags (90 patches), 6 bags (180 patches) and 12 bags (360 patches).

How do Earthing® Patches and WEARABLES work?

Earthing® Patches have a conductive adhesive on them while the Earthing® Socks have silver threads throughout the soft, comfortable fabric. Grounding socks and patches all connect to the Earth’s energy via a grounding cord that is plugged into the ground port of an electrical outlet.  Most homes built after the 1950’s have a ground wire in the third hole of the outlet that connects to the ground and Earthing® products utilize this.

If you do not have grounded outlets or prefer not to use the outlet, a simple Earthing® Ground Rod System can be used.

Caring for your Earthing® Patches and Earthing® SOCKS is easy!

Earthing® Patches are disposable and should be discarded after each use or after the adhesive begins to wear out.  The Earthing® Socks can be hand washed with a gentle detergent as needed, and air dried for continued use.
