The book is an invaluable resource for understanding the full picture of earthing at this time. I believe there is still lots left to discover about the benefits of earthing but it clearly states that sentiment in the book and doesn’t pretend to have all the answers.
Although it DOES have some real research behind it, it by no means is an exhaustive resource with unlimited scientific data to back it up. As I said, this is a relatively newly understood phenomenon and much work needs to be done.
