The Earthing® Recovery Bag sleep system is a poly/cotton blend sleeping bag (40" x 84" zipped up) or sheet (80" x 84" lying open) containing woven-in conductive silver fibers. The Recovery Bag connects to the earth with a grounding cord. One end of the grounding cord snaps onto the recovery bag and the other end connects into the grounding port of a grounded electrical outlet or to the optional grounding rod system. Lying in the recovery bag, or on it as a sheet, easily grounds you during sleep by connecting you to the natural energy of the earth. This product is often used by athletes and is great for travel and full body grounding!
