The Earthing® Patch Kit comes with 50 conductive and disposable self-adhesive patches and a flexible 20' coil cord. The patches allow convenient localized grounding at any point on the body. The 20' coil cord snaps directly onto a patch with one end; the other end connects into the ground port of a grounded electrical outlet or to the optional grounding rod system.
