The Earthing® PINK Band Kit comes with three (torso, knee/thigh and wrist/foot) 1 inch wide adjustable elastic body bands and a 20' coil cord. The bands contain conductive silver fibers on the inside that ground the body when the coil cord is connected to a grounding system. The 20' coil cord snaps directly onto a band with one end; the other end connects into the ground port of a grounded electrical outlet or to the optional grounding rod system.
